BillableOff

What this app does
BillableOff is a utility that finds expense, bill, and check lines that were accidentally marked Billable and clears the checkbox in bulk. No invoices are created or deleted. We only read and update transaction lines you approve.

Data & permissions
When you connect, Intuit shows a consent screen for these scopes:

• com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting – read/write accounting data needed to update billable flags
   
• offline_access – lets us refresh the token so you don’t have to reconnect every hour
   

Who should connect
A Company Admin (or your accountant) should connect the company you want us to process.

What to expect

1. Click Connect to QuickBooks below (or your accountant will initiate the connection).
    
2. Sign in with your Intuit account and choose the correct company.
    
3. Click Connect to grant access.
    
4. We’ll run the utility and send you a summary CSV of lines changed.
    
5. You can revoke access at any time—see the Disconnect page.
    

Privacy & security
We don’t sell or share your data. Access tokens are stored securely only for the duration of the engagement. We don’t keep copies of your accounting data; on request we delete all tokens and logs. Contact: ji@centsandexpensebookkeeping.com.
