You can revoke access at any time using one of the methods below.
Access is removed immediately and any stored tokens on our side become invalid. We also delete local tokens/logs upon disconnect.
Method A — From within QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to the company you previously connected.
- Go to Apps (left nav) → My Apps (or Connected apps).
- Find BillableOff, click the … menu, choose Disconnect.
- Confirm.
Method B — From your Intuit Account
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com/ and sign in.
- Open Sign in & security (or Privacy → Connected apps).
- Locate BillableOff and click Disconnect / Revoke.
What happens when you disconnect
- Our access to your QuickBooks company is revoked immediately.
- We can no longer read or update any data.
- We delete any locally stored tokens and processing logs associated with your company.
- If you want us to connect again in the future, just visit the Launch page and re-authorize.
